Description: A charming circular walk along the very quiet cycle route that extends from Ynystanglws Bridge through farmland & woodland towards Clydach.

We pass through the village of Glais then re-join the cycle path alongside a short section of Swansea Canal at Clydach.

 

Return to Ynystawe is along pathways through an industrial estate and finally some river side paths.

 

Weather permitting, we should get fine views of the upper Swansea Valley and the River Tawe. N.B. most of this walk is on tarmac path and there are no stiles!

Description: An autumn circular walk from the Reserve with fine views of Coast and Country.

 

This reserve is considered one of the best habitats for wildlife in Wales and forms part of the last remnant of a very extensive dune system that linked the River Ogmore with Gower.

Description: We join the Wales Coast Path around Salthouse Point to the Lynch then climb to Wern Common. Walk along an old railway track and ascend to Hermon Capel then return via Graig y Coed. Good views of Bury Inlet and Carmarthen Coast.

Description: Begin walking with Swansea Ramblers on a short stroll, either in the morning or afternoon. After the morning session, you have the option to do the afternoon walk. Regular walkers can do both walks to enjoy a combined distance of about 6-8 miles.

Description: A walk from West Cross to Blackpill where we join the Mumbles Way into Clyne Country Park & Gardens. The walk continues through West Cross back to the start where we can enjoy our packed lunch before the option to set off on the afternoon walk at 1.30 p.m.
